What game are you playing on a Nintendo console at the moment?

I am enjoying Free Roam more the more I play it. I was going to do a quick five minutes on it earlier and ended up playing over half an hour more, just driving around hitting P Switches. Some of the challenges are quite fun.

Unrelated:

I'll never be able to do stuff like that lol.

Mario Kart World looks great, and the open world is a cool idea, but I’ve seen people say it’s a bit bare bones. Personally, I’m into achievement hunting, so I don’t mind as long as it has some collectibles and achievement system linked to the overworld. However, it's a bit surprising they did the hard part in making a gorgeous open world and then didn't do more with it.

Nintendo don't have achievements on any of the games my son plays and I have bought him 20 or so, I don't know why they don't it's hardly difficult to do.

My son 8yo beat Dark Souls one this week beating all bosses including the DLC and he really lamented the fact that he didn't have any digital bling to show off to his school mates, I don't blame him I wouldn't have been able to beat DS1 at his age he beat Ornstein and Smough in five tries it took me around 3 days first time I played through it.

Plus completing it on a switch is way harder than on the PS4(which I completed it on) smaller screen uncomfortable to hold and just all round general jank by comparison in my reckoning makes it twice the accomplishment by comparison, Dark Souls is hard enough before you have all those extras holding you back.

Realistically, I'll never play a Yakuza game because there won't be a big enough gap between other games to fit one in.

Your loss Wackson some are better than others but you should try and make way for just a single game, my suggestions would be..

1. Yakuza: Like A Dragon, Ichiban is the GOAT possibly like him a teeny weeny bit more than Kiryu.

2. Yakuza 0, so many reasons this is a great title, you get to control both Kiryu and the intense and complex nutjob that is Majima. It's a prequel so it's a great place to start as you get in at the ground floor on these characters stories. It's set in a vibrant Japanese city in the 80s so you can expect loads of wacky Japanese shit and you spend so much time at the cabaret club(it's a good thing).

3. Yakuza: Kiwami 2, other people may have any number of different title here but for me it would have to be Kiwami 2, arguably the best story in any of the games, but there no account for taste. There's a real subplot of Kiryu feeling very conflicted about his life in the Yakuza and wanting to escape and leave all behind but I'm sure you can guess how easy that would be.

Didn't mean to waffle on so much but they are fantastic franchise and you really are missing out if you never end up playing a single one of these @CaptainWacky

What do you think of my picks @Mentalist you have been through a bunch of these in the last year or two.

D you need to play Infinite Wealth too.
