Been in a bad mood for a bit now, I'm watching some movie (which isnt helping the mood), gunna go to the Pub to meed with my D&D group in a bit.
 
OCT 9: Just found out my grandma has an aneurysm and pneumonia. She may need open heart surgery. I'm scared she's going to die. Can't get her to quit smoking, can't get her to eat enough or drink enough :(

(I hate it that we can't get the people we love to stop smoking....I can think of several I don't care to lose...[including three TKers! You know who you are!]...but they have to do it themselves.)

Oct.9: recovering from the hols. At least I only had my Korean kid today for ESL.
Tomorrow's Elections and I'll be working at least 13 hours - will be sure to post about the inevitable fuckwits that will show up with no proof of I.D. or residence and expect to vote.
Or my faves: the ones that Decline To Vote - instead of staying the hell home then, O no - we get to make a special ballot showing they decided to toss their democratic say down the toilet cos they're cross with what's on offer.
We're all impressed, of course.
 
I know she doesn't have much longer to live, because she is 78 yrs old, and she won't do anything to improve her health.. but I wasn't expecting the aneurysm, which could really end it all.

I love you guys.. I'm sure if she has surgery I will be unbearable or depressing OR BOTH. I may have to disappear for a while depending on what they do to her or if they make her stay in a nursing home until she recovers.

MAYBE I WILL SPAM THROUGH MY TEARS.
 
OCT 10: GOOD NEWS! Grandma doesn't need surgery, the aneurysm isn't big enough to take the risk. The dr said she might outlive it.. err so I don't know how good that is, but I don't think she could live through surgery in her condition. The aneurysm has more length than girth, lol.. I kept thinking that's just the opposite of good in the penid category.

YES I SAY PENID NOW ALWAYS.

Have tea will escape reality!
plus, now I have a fever...may have picked up something at the Election Polls on Wednesday. great.
