It was covered in a spicy, flavorful sauce. I was disappointed because I couldn't identify it as a unique taste. A little on the chewy side but that could have been the way it was cooked.

lol.. we don't eat armadillo anymore. Apparently it carries some disease like cats do. NOT that we dined on armadillo on a regular basis or anything. When I was a little kid my mom married this retarded fucking hillbilly and he thought it was cool or something to chase down an armadillo, clean it, and make us eat it.
