Where is the Random Thread of Randomness stuff that doesn't belong in other threads thread?

At the beginning of "The Crying Game," where the IRA guy is about to execute Forrest Whitaker and he asks him to check up on his "girlfriend," do you think that's sincere--or just revenge from the grave buy making the IRA guy fall in love with a dude?
 
While it could never approach the classic "Who's on First?" bit by Abbott & Costello, I keep rolling a restaurant sketch around in my head and developing it:

[waitress, taking order]
WAITRESS: ...and that comes with a soup or salad.
CUSTOMER: Sounds good, why not?
WAITRESS: What?
CUSTOMER: I'll have the super salad.
WAITRESS: Which one? The soup? Or salad?
CUSTOMER: Yes.
WAITRESS: Pick one: Soup? Or Salad?
CUSTOMER: What are the options?
WAITRESS: Soup or salad.
CUSTOMER: I already said, I want the super salad.
...
