What's the point in having loyalty?

You might like something, fine. Why does that mean you have to stick with it until the ends of the Earth? What if something better comes along? What if the thing you like does something stupid and indefensible (to a sane person)? Why continue to support it out of "loyalty"? How retarded! Jump ship! Go with the winning team. Loyalty never get anyone anywhere. It's almost as bad as religious faith. I hate loyalty and I hate anyone who is loyal.
