Whats the best way to prepare Fried Cats

After hearing all these rumors about the Chinese catching them in alleys and serving them in their restaurants, I decided to take a shovel to a few of my neighbors cats and try it for myself.

After taking what seemed as an eternity skinning and disembowling them, once they're frying in grease they don't smell so bad, but afterwards the taste can be a little bland.

Anyone here got any ideas :shock:

Try a little chicken broth to bring the flavor out.

But I usually just eat them raw.
