There's a guy on MSN who I haven't spoken to in a long time.. I don't really have anything to say to him. SHOULD I START TYPING IN ALL CAPS? Or should I tell him my kitchen is on fire and I have to go?

Well it's not a 'hard and fast' rule. More of a guideline, really. Plus, it depends on who's on the other end of the CHAT. Take you, for example, I'd totally CHAT with you.

I have a short list of people I never CHAT with, but someday! You just never know!
