For the admins, visitor commenting can be disabled in the adminCP. I know I had it turned off during my tech admin reign. One of the updates might have reset it.

actually aquehonga left me awhole bunch so i thought i'd respond, doing it one letter at a time makes the whole thing pointless and it should be removed or fixed

i dont thinkn anyone used them recently until aquehonga made his recent flood of them hpup:
