Watchdog nominations are happening. They announce the nomination proceeding about two hours after he is banned and the nomonations cease 2 days before his suspension is done.
 
Nah, he can still have you or any other member put his nominations in. And, honestly most of the staff didn't know that a person suspended can't access their PM system. Our tech Admin is looking to find a fix for that.

So, get his nominations in. :)

Thought that was against the rules to bring in information from a suspended member? I mentioned Ogami's name in a post once during his suspension and that was the first thing said!! That I couldn't speak for him....

Not Watchdog nominations. Posting for a suspended member is what is against the rules. PMing for them is not. At least until a system is worked out to allow them access to their PM when suspended.
