I need a landscape artist.

Some day I will retire and do some of the things I'd rather be doing instead of working.
 
I could quit now but I'm chicken.
 
I want to have insurance and a regular income when I retire. Even if it isn't much. It might mean the difference in keeping me from being homeless.
 
I've seen too many people go broke. Good ideas go belly up. A cash cow dry up.
 
Then, the person with the big idea goes from being on top to being under a pile of shit.
