I hope it ends with Clarke putting the suit on for the first thime then being trampled to death by Pete's metal feet.
 
It is said by the creators that some 'old characters' will be returning in the final season. So Kirk Douglas, Abe Vigoda, Elizabeth Taylor and Zsa Zsa Gabor are all in with a shout.
 
Maybe they'll get Christopher Reeve back!
 
It would be just as touching is Marlon Brando could be coaxed in as well.

Maybe they're ending Smallville and starting 10 years of The New Adventures of Superman. YAY!
Or maybe even a JSA/Justice League series.
 
So overdue it's unreal. I stuck with it faithfully for 7 years even though it was pretty fucking shit on an almost constant basis. I continued watching it intermittently afterwards but it was such a chore.

Seriously, the script writers on Smallville make the Voyager writing team look like Marlowe, Shakespeare and Chaucer rolled in to some sort of awesome six armed writing demon.
 
But look at all the laughs it's provided us down here for the last 8 of those years!
 
I still think Allison Mack is cute and I don't care what you say.
