What about Benteen (Leah Brahms' identical twin cousin) from Home Front/Paradise Lost? I think she was a captain... I mean, she was in command of a ship. She was pretty hot.
 
Ensign Ro was probably a captain in some fanfic.
 
I believe in the novels after she leaves Federation Prison for being in the Marquis she joins the Bajorian Malita and serves on DS9 under Commander Kira.

In any case, he was captain of the Jenolan. Buuuuuttt he's not in the running for this award (except in the TOS days perhaps).

Come to think of it, you didn't say anything about Starfleet captains. Must've been some hot alien captains too.
 
Scott got promoted to "Captain of Engineering" (WHATEVER THE FUCK THAT MEANS) in STIII and I guess he stayed a Captain from then on.
