The Hospice lady came this morning and stayed FOREVER. She was very nice. Now I'm waiting for my dumbass cousins to arrive and then overstay their welcome because they haven't visited my gran for years and now they want to cram it all into one visit. THE BITCHES. They're not good enough for duck penii.

Hospice lady said if they get my grandma's pain under control she might decide to live, and go back on dialysis. I don't think she knows how much my grandma hated dialysis, even when she wasn't in so much pain. Her saying that almost made me hopeful, but I don't want to think that way and then be CRUSHED again next week or something. Fucker. If 100mcg per hour fentanyl patches aren't enough to control the pain, I don't know what will do it. That shit is more powerful than morphine.

Anyway, grandma seems to be doing really good today... except she needs to have a poo and hasn't poo'd in days and OMG POOP.
