Living with an ultra-smoker has caused me to almost start smoking again. I've bought a few packs over the past year, and smoked on the way home from the bars on a few occasions. But I felt like such shit the next day, it reminds me why I quit almost 2 decades ago.

Plus the roomie keeps sneaking cigarettes if I don't hide them well enough, and screw that game. Smoking is so expensive, it should be regulated so that people need to show proof of a certain income level before buying them. All it's doing now is keeping broke people broke.
 
Burn the flat down and blame it on his smoke to guilt him into quitting. Problem solved! Except you won't have anywhere to live.

See, I could never live with a smoker because of that fact. Well I could never live with one who smoked in the house anyway.

I can go to bars (don't mind the smoke there that much), but I can leave and return home where it dosent smell like smoke everyware.
 
Smoking is banned in bars in NYC. The sidewalk is about the only place left to smoke here other than the privacy of one's home.
 
Yeah there will be a smokeing ban here in bars where I am, I think that ban starts in 2008 or 2009.
 
Scientists should come up with a way for smoking without the smoke.

After $500 million spent on research, the smokeless cigarettes tasted like a turd when you lit them.
 
Reading this thread has made me want a cigarette. Of course had I not read it I still would have wanted one so it's irrelevant.
