Physiologically -- a man gets his junk chopped off, that's a eunuch. There's no "can or can't have an orgasm" attached to that. Your junk is gone? Eunuch. Full stop. There's no, "a TS can" because there's no such fucking thing as a TS. That's a made up term to replace "eunuch" to make these sissies feel better, but it isn't a real thing. There's no reason whatsoever to coddle eunuchs. They're eunuchs. Period.
