I don't know if I should be sad or feeling smug knowing that the kind of drama taking place on WF could never occur here on TK.
 
Apparently some n00by chick named CheekyMonkey went nuts and verbally attacked a popular member (Mrs. Flow, wife of Admin Mr. EvenFlow) calling her a slut and a whore whose husband passes around for cheap thrills. You know...the typical Red Room crap.
 
Hot damn, do people really still take these boards, and this shit so seriously?!

Admittedly, there was a time when I was as embroiled in this shit as the next person. But I can't even find the interest or spare time to work up a good hate against Turdforge any longer, let alone post page upon page of that crap.

Do you people realize how much *time* it takes to post that much? Shit, turn off the computer and get some sun, people!

Yup!!

So CheekyMonkey and Mrs. Flow went back and forth calling each other names such as "cunt" amongst other choice words. CheekyMonkey ended up being perma-banned. And Mrs. Flow went unscathed.

In other news, a member by the name of Ted is on the brink of being banned or run off the board for being "too creepy" because he was flirting with this chick named Jenna via PM or chat and said something somewhat "inappropriate" to her. What did he say to her, you ask? "If I were near you, I'd definitely date you". OMG!! How CREEPY!! I believe it is the same Ted who was involved in the incident that led to DarthSikle's perma-ban.

You can't make this stuff up. Try as you may.

You guys all suck.;) You've seriously fallen down on the job. This is old news and a whole NEW shitstorm developed over at WF. (One that has blown me over here for a bit.)

OK. In a nutshell ... OK. I'm going to need a bigger nutshell, because I need to start at the beginning, given you guys don't even know the story of CheekyMonkey.

When CheekyMonkey joined WF, vandygoddess went nuts, declared the CM was stalking her and said "either she goes or I go." Since we don't like some drama queen telling us what to do, our reply was "don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out." So vandy left (she later came back). And we'd made the right call. CM was cute, fun, and flirty. She had a big rack, shoots guns, and runs half-marathons. On a trip to England, she hooked up with poster GoldenEye IRL (even ran a thread that was allegedly being typed while they were fooling around).

Well, apparently Elwood was trying to be involved with CM too and something happened. Then CheekyMonkey started acting CrazyMonkey and went after anyone close to Elwood--Tamar, Mrs. Flow, etc. It all came to a head when she apparently posted a bunch of personal stuff and mean, vindictive stuff about Elwood--while he was out of pocket--and got banned. But the kicker was that Elwood had left orders that, if she did something, GoldenEye should be banned as well.

So that's last week's debacle. Today I made a thread that poked fun at TKO--who is even newer than CM. And she took it the wrong way. Then, rather than coming to me about it, she went to Neroo--er, Listkeeper, who--again, without coming to me--changed the title of the thread.

There's currently a huge shitstorm over it and about a half-dozen parody threads as well as 2-3 :mob: threads about the whole matter. It's pretty much Bastille Day over there right now. :|

[Fuck. If I stay here very long, I'm going to have to learn a whole new group of smilies. :( ]
 
LOL those little girls should come over here; they'd return to WF w/ a whole new vocabulary.
 
BTW I just read some of the old & new drama today, Jenna's Ted paraphrase didn't seem like a death threat to me. And "de-flower" is not a creepy term. I think you guys were being polite about it.
 
Eh I check WF once every few days, apparently more than most of the other members here do so WF isn't exactly big news to everyone here.

Anyway I think WFers will get a far better run with TKO. After all stupid teen girls don't like to be painted as not being able to handle themselves against the big bad emotionally stable men.
