Other than Twit, I'm afraid I've never heard of those other invectives. I assume Thatcher is in reference to your former PM. Not sure how it's an insult though.

when i was eight, i wrote a concerto as well. my father also asked me to be more concise and refine the work, so i took out all of the bits where i was to sing, "poo poo" and just cut it to one poo.

it ended up being a very extravagant work.
