LeBron James path to 30,000 points.

LeBron James first player with triple-double vs. all 30 teams
With 25 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists in a 112-107 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Los Angeles Lakers superstar became the first player in league history to log a triple-double against all 30 NBA teams, according to the Elias Sports Bureau.

He edged Russell Westbrook to become the first to achieve the feat. Westbrook, coincidentally, has only the Thunder missing from his triple-double résumé; he played in Oklahoma City his entire career before being traded to the Houston Rockets the past offseason.

Lakers assistant coach Jason Kidd is third with triple-doubles against 28 teams, Larry Bird is fourth (25), and Magic Johnson is fifth (24).

LeBron James passes Michael Jordan for career field goals made

James passed Jordan for fourth place on the all-time field goals made list en route to a 35-point, 16-rebound, 7-assist night in the Los Angeles Lakers 129-114 victory over the Dallas Mavericks. Last season, James passed Jordan for fourth place on the all-time scoring list, an accomplishment that was dampened by the disappointment of a lost season for the Lakers. Next up on the all-time field goals made list at No. 3 is Wilt Chamberlain (12,681). Kareem Abdul Jabbar (15,837) is first, and Karl Molone (13,528) is second. James also passed Artis Gilmore to move into 50th on the all-time rebounding list, upping his career total to 9,176 boards.

How LeBron James and the Lakers made their biggest statement yet
This weekend, James made his loudest statements yet, leading the Lakers to hard-fought wins over Antekounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday and Leonard's Clippers on Sunday with stout defense on the two men who have made the most direct challenges to his throne in recent years.

Did LeBron Consider The Cowboys In 2011?

We've been revisiting a lot of old memories while we wait on sports to return. Instead of past great moments, what about a great "what if" scenario? It's long been known that LeBron James, the 16-time NBA All-Star, three-time NBA champion and current Los Angeles Laker, grew up a Dallas Cowboys fan. Apparently, he once considered making the transition to Dallas Cowboys player. James appeared on "Uninterrupted" on Monday night to talk about the acclaimed Michael Jordan documentary, "The Last Dance," as well as his own memories of MJ. In addition, he talked about his history with football — as well as his flirtation with returning to the gridiron during the 2011 NFL lockout.

LeBron James among athletes speaking out on George Floyd's death

LeBron James and other high-profile athletes have taken to social media to voice their outrage over the death of a black Minnesota man who was pinned down by police. George Floyd, 46, died Monday night while in Minneapolis police custody. A bystander's video showed an officer kneeling on the handcuffed Floyd's neck, even after he pleaded that he could not breathe and stopped moving. James has been vocal about social issues such as police brutality throughout his career. He also posted an Instagram story Tuesday that included a photo and video of Floyd's arrest along with the caption: "We're hunted."

LeBron James passes Tim Duncan for No. 2 in playoff wins

James and Duncan played each other in the NBA Finals three times (2007, 2013 and 2014) with the San Antonio Spurs winning twice. After their first meeting, a 4-0 sweep by the Spurs after James led the Cleveland Cavaliers to the championship round at 22 years old, Duncan grabbed James by both arms when the series was over and told him, "This is going to be your league in a little while." Then he tagged on a joke: "But I appreciate you giving it to us this year." Duncan's words were prescient. James has gone on to win four MVPs and three championships and make eight Finals appearances since then. The two first-round victories over Portland that James and Davis have put together so far have lifted James' career playoff win total to 158, moving him past Duncan's total of 157. Only former Lakers guard Derek Fisher has more, with 161.
