Interesting "response" in the Gray Room thread...

I seem to remember for a while there they were cracking down on any criticism of staff in the HD as trolling or something. They were told to take it to the RR.

There seems to be very inconsistent monitoring of the Help Desk these days. Trolling, even extreme trolling is going unnoticed.
 
Oh... for people who can't read the gray room Volpone started a thread about this subforum and posted a link. Some of the response has been "Why can't we discuss this at WF"...

There's also a thread discussing board reform. I suggest renaming the Help Desk, the Ignore Desk.

Thats what we do here.... proudly I might add. :D

But you're right. I suspect since Elwood has the final say (possibly only say at this point) maybe the rest of the staff have either been ordered not to say anything or are afraid to say anything.

I renew my challenge to anyone at WF to have these types of discussions in the Red Room.

I predict they will be moved to the HD b/c they are policy threads.

There should be a RR rules thread on the Help Desk, but then this would involve Elwood removing his diaper.
 
POTN's thread in the Red Room looks interesting, but since the verboten topic of Goldeneye has been brought up I predict the locking of the thread mixed with a little bit of martyrdom from Elwood ("How dare you blame me the victim!') in the near future.

The people who have an issue with pre-emptive bannings aren't going to be satisfied with the 'just because' reasoning that Elwood and his lackeys seem to like using.
 
Which is why it is useless to try and discuss anything over there. And it's why I'm done with the place. My opinions aren't wanted and neither are anyone else who isn't in the clique.
