I've been laid low with a horrendous bout of Tonsilitis for the last three days. Am now on the mend. That's my second bout in 3 months, having had only a few mild bouts in the previous 4 years or so.

I think it's time I went and had a chat with the doctor about having the fucking things removed.
 
Gargle with Listerine 3 times a day.
I've gotten over the beginnings of strep thoat that way more often that not.

I do gargle with antiseptic mouthwash. When you have infected tonsils that have a constant propensity to pick up repeated infections, it only really serves to ease the pain for a couple of hours at best.

I look none too impressed.
