Is it true that the enemy of my ememy is my friend?? Who are Utahraptor's other enemies so I may know who my friends are?

Just because he states I am his enemy do I automatically have to make him my enemy?? Do I have any choice or do I have to per some geeky internet code or Sun Tzu bullshit?
