1 bathroom, but it's all brand new everything. Also, we're only sharing it between three people. Two guys and one girl.
The kitchen doesn't have stainless steel; but getting a brand-new, full-sized, gas range/oven in center city is like finding a diamond in a pile of shit. Trust me. I must've looked at about 20+ houses before I found this one. One place even told me that I'd have to buy a range and a fridge.
Best part is, my landlord is the lead singer in a fairly good punk band. Really cool guy. He runs the rental company with his father-in-law and his brother. The father-in-law ran a construction-like business for 25 years. They're Jonny On-the-spot with repairs and communication.
I'm deliriously-happy about this place.
