Yet, I can't have anyone talking shit about Generations. It had Christmas trees, Picard's great grandkids, Malcom "Ultraviolence" McDowel, the Shat, and Guinan.
Yes, I know that long-distance beaming technology defeats the purpose of his maniacal plan. Established WAY into Trek canon, long-distance beaming means that you can park your ship thousands of kilometers from the ribbon, and just beam your ass into the middle of it. No need to blow up stars, thereby making Deana the worst pilot in Enterprise-ship history. Still it makes for an interesting movie.

Insurrection was like a bad episode of the series, you forget about it, and hope next weeks is better.

Every time Tom Paris came on screen I wanted to punch him.
