Lucas's pathetic idea of funny would have gone well in Nemesis. In an interview on the special content disc of the original trilogy DVD release, lucas says in his horrendous, flat, monotone voice that having a major CGI song and dance routine inserted into the Jabba's Palace scene would be "pretty funny". As funny as a crackbaby, it would turn out, however.

Perhaps with Nemesis he could have had the cast partake in a traditional Betazoid Wedding, ending in some hideous CGI Naked Lunch-styled orgy after somebody slips a mechanical rhypnol into Data's drink.
