Me neither, but apparently it happened over a year ago in the books.

Been a long while since Ive read any trek books, and a lot of sci fi stuff seems to have been trimmed from wikipedia, I blame Joffré for that.

From what I can gather she went onto a borg cube, they assimilated her, and made her into the new borg queen, then voyager destroyed the cube with her on it.

Why she was captain again after being admiral I dont know.

Chances of her staying dead forever, pretty slim I would say, but its been a year anyway.
 
Well an Admiral can command a ship. Why she would be fighting a borg cube is another question entirely.
