Looks like a good start! I'd recommend frequent rotation on the 4 observer/advocate/advisors.

You know, it would be cool to have a place to really talk through these ideas, flesh them out in greater detail.

I like the idea overall, except for two things.

1) Letting mods repwar. I still stand by the belief that if a mod wants to rep war, he ought not be a mod. Of course, I have a pretty low opinion of "rep warriors" anyway, but it seems to me that those looking to engage in it lack the requisite maturity necessary to handle being a mod.

And of course,
2) A distinct lack of Crosis.

How about people grow up and see rep for the simple little gadget that it is and not get so bent out of shape over it?

It's easy enough at WF to just turn the damn shit off.
 
Oh, I'm for allowing mods to repwar. Although I don't mean just using rep as an amusement. I mean that mods should be allowed to use negrep as a tool, just like they can use warnings. Some posters can be influenced through rep, so it seems bizarre that Mods should be denied a socializing capability the ordinary poster has.
 
People put too much value on it.

I prefer TK's unlimited rep for all stance. Anything else gives it value it doesn't deserve.

With practically everyone's "rep cocks" so large are rep wars still that big of an issue?
