It's funny. When I was able to drink, I didn't do it that often. Now that I can't, I get the urge more than I used to.

Had to suffer a horrible school play. Left halfway through it. The historic theater couldn't drown out the shrieks and screeches of the untalented kids.

After seeing my daughter sing and smile, we left - midway through the "production."

End result: I came home early to drink beer - Henry Weinhard's Private Reserve - so i could attempt to forget the cacaphony of snotty little brats.

Does this make me an alcoholic?
