I know you have all come to rely on my Awards Red Carpet Fashion critiques to inform, amuse and uplift you all. I also know that I have let you all down in recent months; I've posted nary a thread on the Emmys, Golden Globes, or SAG Awards.

You see, I take this threads most seriously; quite frequently I pore over the post for days before I actually submit it, making sure my metaphors are apt, and that I am not being too harsh to an ingenue or icon. I simply have not had the time to do a proper thread, and I'd rather not make a thread if I feel I'm not giving you, my Brothers and Sisters, the best thread possible.

But I shall make you a promise-NAY, AN OATH! You SHALL see an Oscars fashion thread, and it SHALL be posted within SEVENTY-TWO HOURS of the end of the telecast.
