She is the owner AND a member; more active than many other owner/members. And you are correct, she is not entirely polite to Gagh.

By 'ultimate troll' do you refer to the one where people of such notoriety such as Jack and myself are not even able to register at [x] board? Maybe I'm in Bizarro world but I'd call that fairly trolled, fraulein.
