The media here are going on about it as well, as usual. The usually impartial BBC flat out refuse to say anything remotely critical about the Royals, and especially Perfect Will and Kate. The commentary couldn't possibly be more cloying as Nicolaus Witchell - Royal Stalker goes on about how adored they are by the Canadian public (yes, all of you, supposedly) and how they never do anything wrong.
 
He landed a helicopter in the water, apparently canada is the only place you can do that, at least on purpose.

There were protesters at all of their events in Québec (PARASITES GO HOME), and an MC introduced William as the Douche of Cambridge in Prince Edward Island.

We love the loyalists! I just think we've moved on from the whole "super special family blessed by god" thing the royals have got going on.
