Actually, for the 22nd to be repealed, both house and senate have to vote to do so with 2/3rds votes, and THEN 3/4th of the states have to ratify it.

Not quite time to get upset just yet. Maybe later. We'll see.

BTW, there's no guarantee O will get a second term. Hell's bells, he keeps messing with Israel over the West Bank settlements, and he might not last this term.

Who said they were? I merely stated that fascism is NOT socialism, which it is most certainly correct. The USA has MANY socialist policies. Does that make it a socialist country? No, it doesn't. Fascism was born out of socialism. It was an ideology that recognised the failures of socialism. No one hated the socialists more than Adolf Hitler, yet morons like yourself claim he was a socialist. That's how confused you fucking Americans are. For decades, you Americans claimed Canada was a socialist country, when we have NEVER been one. Fuck, we remain the ONLY G8 country that has yet to nationalise a single one of our fucking banks. Nary a solitary fucking financial institution in Canada has ever been nationalised. Now, look at the fucking USA. Nationalised banks, nationalised auto companies, nationalised financial institutions, yet you Americans have the unmitigated gall to call Canada a fucking socialist country?
