I wouldn't chance it. They're probably poisonous.

They probably are poison, they grow around in the leaf litter under an oak tree. I should have taken pix of them a couple weeks ago, they're starting to fade, they were much more orange before. It's been raining a lot, more than normal for Florida this year. I should go on a fungus safari! I figured out how to keep the camera from fogging up, and that is to just sit it on the back porch for a couple hours so it can acclimatize, lol.
