i'm not super surprised it flopped, the marketing and trailer for it were not really good!

I enjoyed it; it waw good fun and had a different kind of old-fashioned (but modern! There were gays!) feel than most stuff today. It was nice to see Disney spending money on something other than Star Wars and Marvel.
