Why are adults so amazed by snow?

I want to smell dark matter
Are they retconned everytime it snows so that the next time they can still say "OMG SNOW I'VE NEVER SEEN THAT BEFORE EVERY YEAR FOR MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!"?
 
The older they get the worse they get too. My grandma is almost 80 and she freaks out if the weatherman says it's gonna be in the 50s.
 
Well down here in the south we don't get it every year, so it's a nice surprise when it does happen.

Last year it was fantastic, lessons were canceled and a whole day was spent going to snow war with the rest of the uni, but it was all gone the next day. And this year, nothing at all. :(
 
I'm not fascinated by snow. :rwmad:

If it snowed here I would be amazed by it and probably take lots of pictures AND STUFF. The stench of dead vegetation would be overwhelming.

I love a good snowstorm. It reminds me of childhood, listening to the radio for school cancellations.

We hardly got any snow this winter. We wuz robbed.

I didn't mean you can't LIKE it, it's just like people forget what snow is between the time it lasted snowed and SNOWDAY28.

I loved snow when I was a kid. Now, not so much...
 
snow i can handle, but ice just pisses me off, especially black ice. and black lice.
