REFCL DOWN?

OMG IT'S DOWN.

Yeah I get a weird message that says only the admin cp is working and some other STUFf that I can't remember.
 
I'm in the middle of a phpBB upgrade. ;)

I didn't get it done before I had to sign on to work, so it will take a while to finish the upgrade now that I'm all Mr. Busy PowerPoint Man.

Hopefully there will be a lull later and I can finish uploading the files I need.

I get it too.

"Please delete, move or rename the install directory before you use your board. If this directory is still present, only the Administration Control Panel (ACP) will be accessible."
 
Well the first members were added on Aug. 15th...that's usually the indicator.

Interesting that Partsking wasn't added till Aug. 24th. Maybe he was just "Administrator" for the first week...
