A Feast for Crows is the one where GRRM got all messed up, so most of our favorite POVs aren't in it. The ones that LIVE are back in A Dance with Dragons. As a result, A Feast for Crows wasn't as good, IMO.

Yes, I'm not lying, Feast For Crows only covers characters in the South. Character in the North and across the sea don't return until Dance With Dragons (then some of the Feast For Crows characters return in the last third of Dance.)
