Notre Dame and CFP...

My problem with The CFP was Notre Dame only played 12 games.

In all other sports, Notre Dame plays in the ACC (atlantic coast conference).

They played 4 games against the ACC. Virginia Tech, Pittsburgh, Florida State and Syracuse.

Notre Dame probably didn't belong in the CFP.

The CFP is set up the 5 power conferences. (ACC, SEC, BIG-12, BIG-10 and PAC-12).

Notre Dame still plays football as a FBS Independent.

Notre Dame played only 3 teams in the Top-25, and one in the Top-10 during the regular season.

No.7 Stanford
No.24 Virginia Tech
No.12 Syracuse
