No, it's an advert for Lily Allen's tv show that's on Channel 4 seemingly 24 hours a day. The advert starts by claiming that she's "walking away from fame/the limelight" by quitting pop music and opening up a fashion shop...except she's doing it on tv in an overly advertised show and she's constantly in the papers so I do't see how that can be "walking away from fame."

It probably annoys me more than it should.
 
It annoyed me so much I didn't watch television for about 3 days in case I caught it by accident. Like a disease.

The trailer is annoying enough, when she exclaims Lily Allen is not a real person but a character in a very annoying voice was enough for me.
 
Was that not the TV show that she told everyone on Twitter not to watch because it was filmed ages ago and it doesn't represent her anymore (it might have even been shot before the miscarrage I'm not sure).
 
No, it wasn't shot before the miscarriage, because in the "Lily's walking away from attention whoring" ad she says something along the lines of "I'm sick of people saying I had a miscarriage, it wasn't...". I don't really know what that means.
 
I feel awful for you guys. It must be awful only having one channel of tv to watch.
 
She means it was stillborn rather than a miscarriage.

BUT MOVING ON from that, I really do want to like Lily because she's good looking but she doesn't make it easy when she opens her mouth (or types.)
 
I like her music, and I'm not going to complain about her clothes always falling off when cameras are nearby, but yeah...

And we actually have lots of tv channels, Zonker, it's just that most of them are shit.

I think British TV is very occasionally so exceptionally good, that it shows how bad ZOMG ACTION CHANNEL TV* really is.
