See where it says Program Files (x86)? Last time I saw that on a computer, it was infected.
I almost deleted the whole file-but I think I should check first.

I'm pretty sure when you run 64bit Windows it splits 32bit programs and 64bit programs into those two different Program Files folders. It's normal.
