No, a "Fizzing Blue Bawls" is one of two things:

1. A bottle of Bawls with 2-3 Bawls Mints dropped in, or,

2. 3 parts Bawls (chilled) poured into a martini glass with 1 Bawls Mint and 1 part dry gin of your choice. Shaken, not stirred, of course.
 
A caffeinated beverage, of course! :D But they're caffeinated by Guarana berries, which is a smoother, more easy-going caffeine buzz than coffee or Red Bull-style drinks. No chronic gottatakeapiss-ism, no shaky extremities.
 
Guarana is awesome. In it's pure powdered form, when you snort it, although nasty in its' nasality, creates a most delicious and hallucinogenically mellow buzz.
