Well, first you have to orchestrate everything so you wind up arguing in the middle of a cockney pub, preferably one where the music can be turned off so people at the back of the room can still hear. Then you accuse the other person of sleeping with your other half, or in the case of you having slept with their other half, you can just call them a "dirty old slag", or some other non-specific insult. Then you take turns slapping eachother until you're both "barred".
