Fry that egg in a pool of butter, toast that bun or muffin, throw some ham or bacon in the pan for a few seconds after the eggs are done, and VOILA, perfection.
I love teh egg sandwiches with hot sauce and mayo. You just don't use a lot of hot sauce, a couple drops are fine. Plus you have to break the yolk while you are frying the egg or it's too messy. Bacon is always a good addition unless you are too starved to wait for bacon.
