Fry that egg in a pool of butter, toast that bun or muffin, throw some ham or bacon in the pan for a few seconds after the eggs are done, and VOILA, perfection.

I love teh egg sandwiches with hot sauce and mayo. You just don't use a lot of hot sauce, a couple drops are fine. Plus you have to break the yolk while you are frying the egg or it's too messy. Bacon is always a good addition unless you are too starved to wait for bacon.

I had a 24 hour stomach bug on Sunday so get ready, it ain't pretty. My ribs still hurt from all of the heaving.

Oh and my mom's fried egg sammiches rock the box. YES mayo, with two drops of tabasco mixed in, YUMMMMMMMM.
