I remember playing this a lot when I lived in Germany back in the 80's :techman:
The game was a joke. I played it, said 'meh', and moved on. There was the problem of the girls draping themselves all over me as I attempted to play it though, so I may have missed some good things about it. I will never know. You must understand, I was VERY POPULAR in the 80s, even more so than I am now.

I had fun playing it when it first came out. It was all the rage at the arcade, since it was basically a playable laserdisc movie, as opposed to your usual arcade game.
People would run back and forth between this game and Tron.

I remember when Dragon's Lair first showed up at the arcade. My little daughter wanted to play it but she was having trouble getting anywhere on it - spent a ton of quarters. I tried to do something with it but couldn't - spent a ton of quarters. It looked like it would be great fun - just couldn't get anywhere past the put the quarter in, dead, dead, dead, put another quarter in, dead, dead, dead.

I had trouble with it too. Only finished it once. There was another game that involved robbing a casino if I remember correctly. That was a lot of fun too. THe laser disc part made it sort of difficult I think. Like it was a bit buggy.
