Now this is what I call first class irony:

Dirk and Jade in argument over whisky

Dirk stormed off to bed tonight after rowing with Jade about whisky.

The argument began after Dirk refused to let Jo have some of his whisky supply, instead throwing it in the bin and announcing: "If they want it, let them get it from the bin."

Dirk's seemingly random actions sparked outrage amongst many members of the group, but particularly Jade, who branded him "a fucking loser".

"You're a grown man," she shouted to him. "And you just chucked alcohol in the bin because someone else wanted it."

Jade went on to suggest that Dirk had an alcohol problem, asking him: "Is that your weakness, alcohol? You going to get the shakes? For fuck's sake, this is ridiculous."

Dirk replied simply with a "shhhh" and attempted to go to sleep.

Later Jade backed up her theories in a discussion with Ian about the incident, claiming: "Do you know what, he drunk a bottle of that last night and he turned really nasty to Carole and shouted... and he's done exactly the same tonight."

If Dirk gets evicted over whisky then what will our whisky do!

Another reason to love Dirk. His actions were completely random and hilarious.

If he didn't want to share his small bottle of whisky, then that was up to him, and it's none of Jade's business what he decided to do with the rest of it.

See when I read it without seeing it, it looked like he poured away the whisky Jade had taken, but he poured away the whisky he had left of his own.

That was up to him what to do with, I suppose they would have prefared he poured it down his neck and acted like a drunk twat like their little cadre.
