Anti-gun Hypocrite

It's no different that the anti gay republican cruising airport bathrooms for some same sex loving. Both parties have their hypocrits, idiots and morons.
 
Unrelated to the post in question, It must've slipped completely under my radar that you were of the conspiracy-minded, CU. How long have you been into Alex Jones? And in what capacity are you working for him?

Was he trying to see if he could get the gun passed security so he could use that as a reason for gun control? Or is he exactly as the quote above paints him?

Trotter’s arrest follows remarks by sportscaster Bob Costas and sports writer Jason Whitlock after linebacker Jovan Belcher killed his girlfriend and then committed suicide with a handgun. “If Jovan Belcher didn’t possess a gun, he and Kassandra Perkins would both be alive today,” Costas said Sunday, citing an article condemning the Second Amendment.

Stupid argument, Bob. Belcher would have still wanted to control her, and hurt her, and kill her, even if he had to use blunt force trauma, his fists, or his hands around her throat or a sharp knife. Death doesn't require a gun, only an inventive murderer.

A law enforcement official said the shooter, who is dead, is believed to be a father of one of the students at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown.

An official with knowledge of the situation told the Associated Press that the man apparently had two guns.

Quite frankly the media feeding frenzy on this makes me ill. I'm seeing photos of devastated parents, terrified kids, blame and speculation everywhere, people with the same name as the shooter being harassed. I would also like to know why and make sense of it. The terror those little kids must have felt... how can those that survived ever feel safe again?
 
What's killing me is that I've seen at least 3 news channels interview little kids directly. Even if their parents said it was OK, I feel like that crosses a line into exploitation.
 
Yes. I can't imagine having to deal with the shooting itself as a child, never mind having cameras and microphones shoved in my face and asked how I felt about it all.

And to my libertarian friends on Facebook (no TKers): no, arming the teachers is not the answer. Imagine what a scared teacher would do in that situation -- reaching for some small pistol they never wanted to carry, while staring at a trained, practiced psycho with semi-automatic weapons. Exactly what kind of chance does the teacher have in that situation? The shooter gets off a dozen rounds before the teacher can find their weapon.

Arming everyone is giving up on humanity. Humanity needs to strike back, armed with nothing but their belief in a better world.
