Harkley and I had to reinstall phpbb3 and move around some files, and clear up some domain/forwarding confusion.

What that means is, I suck at this and Hark is saving my ass (again).

I will post details soon, the board should be available in a few hours.

Http://refcl.com/ is working fine as the link to the Index. Once you get there, click the Delete All Board cookies for good measure. This should be it for problems about staying logged in.

The one bad side-effect is that avatars which were uploaded to the board are no longer there. If remote-linked your av, it should be fine. Otherwise, you will have to re-upload it. If you need help finding a copy, let me know and maybe I can grab it from a backup.
