Hey admins - any PM tips you'd like to share?
We have kind of a strange PM system.
Why won't the thing forward the bottom part of an attached message.
What happens when your sent basket gets full?

I'm not sure what you mean by that.

I don't know, lets find out.
It's probably a good idea to delete the ones you don't want to keep, or store them somewhere else.

Hmmm.... well you know when you send me an email and then I forward that email to Red, your original message is still at the bottom. Our PM system doesn't do that. Its not a big deal to you try to forward something somebody sent you.
I don't know, lets find out.
It's probably a good idea to delete the ones you don't want to keep, or store them somewhere else.
I'm at 92% so we're fixing to find out.

^It gets to be confusing after the message bounces back and forth between serveral different people as we found out today.

This used to be a feature of phpBB, up until 2.0.1 or 2.0.2. I believe it was removed because of complaints. If it is desired, it ought to be fairly easy to re-instate, as all the old versions are available for download. (I miss it, too)
As for what happens when your box fills up, I haven't actually accomplished that feat yet, but I'm willing to be that you can no longer send or receive PMs, and people trying ot send you one will get an error saying that your box is full. If the admins wish, the limits can be increased or decreased to any level in admin control panel->general admin->configuration.

Well we will soon be able to test your theory as I'm at 96%.
Shadow is there a feature where you can send one PM to multiple people at the same time?

No, at this time there is no such feature. A feature like this can be added, but whether it would be admin-only or for regular users, I'd have to check.

If anyones interested heres a tested fact...
Once your sent box reaches 100% you can still recieve and send messages. The system just deletes the oldest sent message to remain at 100%.
