This one seems more promising. Fox news has been railing against it for the last two weeks. Which, to me, means that it's got a lot of positive support and momentum. Also, if you read the comment at the bottom of the article from Jersey's gov, they'll be shooting a bill through soon as well. At this point, it's only a matter of time.

Kitty, as for growing, part of the bill suggests that private growers can supply the "compassion centers". That, and I've already got a doc lined up who would certify me for a card.
